Tuition & Forms

We strive to provide flexible, transparent tuition options that meet the needs of our families. Below you’ll find tuition details by program, payment schedules, and important fee information.

Payment Schedule

Tuition can be paid on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis:

  • Weekly and Biweekly Payments are due Friday of the preceding week

  • Monthly Payments are due on the first day of the month


Preschool Care

Millhopper: 6 weeks – 3 years
PELA: 12 months – 3 years

Preschool students may attend 2 to 5 days per week, with options for half or full days.
Tuition is based on your selected attendance schedule.

Annual Materials Fee: $150 per child, due with the first tuition payment and charged once per year.

VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten)

Available at both locations
Children who are 4 years old by September 1 and entering kindergarten the following year are eligible.

  • Tuition (540 hours) is fully covered by the Early Learning Coalition

  • No tuition or materials fees for VPK-only students

  • Follows the SBAC Calendar: 180 instructional days, 9:00am – 12:00pm

  • We offer:

    • Free early drop-off starting at 8:30am for unstructured play

    • Extended stay until 12:30pm to enjoy lunch—also free of charge


VPK Wrap-Around Care

Available at both locations

Families needing care beyond VPK instructional hours may enroll in our wrap-around program.

  • Annual Materials Fee: $150 per child, due with the first tuition payment

  • (Note: VPK-only students are exempt from this fee)


Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Available at Persimmon on 6th Street ONLY — Starting August 2025

  • Tuition: $11,000 per school year

    • Divided into 10 equal payments from August to May

  • Annual Materials Fee: $500

Before School Care:
8:00am – 8:30am — Free for all Persimmon Elementary students

After School Care:
2:30pm – 5:00pm — $5 per half hour

Enrollment and payment forms are available at each location or can be requested via email. Please contact your center's administrator to receive the appropriate documents for your child’s program.
